World Community Development Programme operates by assisting communities with their own development programs. We meet with the local community based organization (CBO), dedicated toward the development of that community, and work with them to establish a program for the development of their community. WCDP is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on project research and implementation globally. WCDP will establish an institute for the research and development of appropriate projects and a foundation to facilitate the implementation of these projects. WCDP will not participate in politics, lobbying of government officials, production or dissemination of government propaganda, or financial investment for personal gain. It will be funded primarily through private donations, and research and project grants from public and private institutions.

The mission of World Community Development Programme is to establish and implement basic, healthy and productive standards of living in underdeveloped communities worldwide, through comprehensive and simultaneous development of the entire community, by assisting locally initiated development efforts while remaining mindful of environmental and social responsibility.

World Community Development Programme envisions a world where everyone has an opportunity to realize their dreams, free from disease and poverty, and in harmony with the natural environment; a world where we are all living in one community as one people working to make the world peaceful and prosperous for all.
